Hale Global Announced as Finalist for the 4th Annual Turnaround Awards

NEW YORK, NY, February 4, 2010 — —The M&A Advisor recently announced the 2010 finalists for the 4th Annual Turnaround Awards. Hale Global's LocationLogic transaction with Autodesk, Inc. was named a finalist in both the "Divestiture Deal of the Year" and the "Turnaround of the Year" award categories.

The Turnaround Awards Gala honors excellence in deal-making in the distressed investing, restructuring and turnaround marketplace. This year, there are 99 finalists representing over 30 firms in 27 categories in the distressed investing, restructuring and turnaround marketplace. An independent body of experts that span the turnaround industry will be judging and determining the ultimate recipients of the award. Winners will then be revealed "Academy-Award style" at the awards gala, which is part of the M&A Advisor's 4th Annual Distressed Investing Conference & Turnaround Awards Gala.
