Step 2: The Hale Global Excellence Standards Coaching Guide (~20 minutes completion time)
- We define talent as “the capacity to grow.” The survey results in a growth-focused coaching guide for how to be a great leader and manager.
- It is designed for leaders leading leaders. Since you are earlier in your career, you likely do not have direct reports – yet. That’s okay. Pretend to have direct reports when answering questions about teams and direct reports.
