25-Year Study on Leadership

Have you led — or do you currently lead — a large organization?

If so, you have the opportunity to participate in a 25-year-long survey on leadership methods and routines.

The survey takes 20 minutes to complete. Results are anonymous. Respondents will see a guide with how their answers compare with those of successful leaders across the dataset.

The survey results in a growth-focused coaching guide on how to be a great leader and manager, based on the answers of leaders who have 10x’d the enterprise value of public companies, contrasted with leaders who have lost substantially all market value. Interestingly, many leaders in the survey have experienced both success and failure, yielding some of the most insightful observations.

The survey is designed for “leaders leading leaders”. If you are earlier in your career and not leading leaders, you can take the survey solely as a coaching guide.

The survey is a passion project started under Clay Christensen at the Harvard Business School. It is non-commercial. Your results will be anonymized except to you. You may be asked to register on the haleglobal.com to access the link. Anyone who takes the survey can book an hour at www.calendly.com/hale to review the results. Have fun!
